Essentrics uses various aspects of tai chi, ballet, and the understanding of physiotherapy to create a whole body low impact workout. Both basic Essentrics and advanced Essentrics techniques are offered.
This program offers the indoor walking track to seniors for a minimal monthly fee. Participants achieve walking goals with celebratory parties held once those goals are met.
