The WRAC provides health, wellness, and fitness classes and programs that promote overall health. This is done through group classes and a variety of programs that are offered at different times during the day and throughout the week.

Long time instructor Dani Rockwell uses a mixture of step aerobics, strengthening and toning effectively in this one hour class. The class meets during the week in the morning and early evening.
Instructor Liz Gillham uses the H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) format to build strength and elevate metabolism. The H.I.I.T. model uses timed intervals of exercise and rest periods to leverage the body's ability to repair itself post exercise and to burn additional fat. This class meets early in the morning weekdays.
For many years instructor Tom Hoff has taught a variety of fitness classes including circuit training, strength training, and endurance. Bells & Bags class focuses on reducing metabolic fat and improving overall body condition. Bells & Bags also provides a cardio workout without using a specific high intensity interval training format. This class meets weekdays in the evening.
Instructor Tami Davis works hard to bring the benefits of Yoga practice to individuals of all abilities. Using the methodologies of Hatha Yoga; core strength, isometric poses, stability and flexibility, this class meets during the week in the morning.
Instructor Dawn Evans, LMT, NCTMB, teaches students how to maintain flexibility through proper stretching techniques. As a professional massage therapist, Dawn understands how the body responds to everyday physical demands. This class meets weekly on Tuesday mornings.
