The WRAC provides health, wellness, and fitness classes and programs that promote overall health. This is done through group classes and a variety of programs that are offered at different times during the day and throughout the week.

Long time instructor Dani Rockwell uses a mixture of step aerobics, strengthening and toning effectively in this one hour class. The class meets during the week in the morning.
Instructor Dawn Evans, LMT, NCTMB, teaches students how to maintain flexibility through proper stretching techniques. As a professional massage therapist, Dawn understands how the body responds to everyday physical demands. This class meets weekly on Tuesday mornings.
